Robben may not have enjoyed a vintage season for Chelsea but he has still done enough to help the Blues to their second consecutive league triumph. The flying winger has endured a frustrating, stop-start season with niggling injuries seeing a player of his remarkable talent spend far too much time on the sidelines. The upshot of this is that Robben is likely to be relatively fresh for the World Cup in Germany. He will join a rank of promising Dutch youngsters such as Robin Van Persie, Dirk Kuijt and Rafael van der Vaart who, alongside the experience of Ruud van Nistelrooy and Mark van Bommel, will form a dangerous Netherlands team.
