Martins is potentially the next super star of African football with his explosive running and deadly finishing. Has already played in three UEFA Champions League campaigns with Inter Milan. Martins hails from Lagos and made his way as a teenager to Reggiana in Italy without any time in formal football structures in Nigeria.
Speedy striker who plays wide on the right and was among the goal scorers for Nigeria at the last MTN Africa Cup of Nations finals in Tunisia. Went to the World Cup finals in 2002. Scored 12 goals for Lens in France in 2004/05 before his move to Rennes. Previously played at Al Saad in Qatar and for both Ismaili and Arab Contractors in Egypt.
Yobo is now the pivotal figure in Nigeria's defence despite his relative youth. He played all six of Nigeria's games at the last tournament in Tunisia and scoring in the group match against South Africa. Yobo also competed at the World Cup finals in Japan in 2000 and the World Youth Championships. Started his career as a teenager at Standard Liege in Belgium before moving to Olympique Marseille in France for one season.
